Have I used the Wavy-Edge Pastry Wheel Cutter? Do I need it?

No, I haven’t used this type of wavy-edge wheel cutter, but I have used a smaller plastic one for cutting fondant.

In the bakery, we normally use straight-edge cutters or knives and a cutter with a wavy edge (like a cookie cutter but 7″ / 19cm in diameter).
