Have I used a Semi-Automatic Bun Divider Rounder? Do I need it?
Yes, we often use a bun divider to help cut pieces of dough, normally into 30 pieces. We usually round them if we want round rolls, and even if we want to make long pieces of dough, we still round them as it degasses the dough, ready for shaping into a hotdog roll or a knot roll, for example. It certainly makes it easier and faster to produce large roll orders.
