Have I used an Electric Fondant Roller (Sheeter)? Do I need it?
Yes, I have used both a manual, and an electric roller/sheeter. We have one dedicated one just for the pastry at the bakery. When I decorate fondant cakes I continue to use the rolling pin. It would definitely be on my wish list to purchase one, but I don’t really need one a rolling pin still does the job.
