Lattice Rolling Pin
What does a lattice rolling pin do?
It cut little slits into puff pastry or danish dough so when you pull the pastry it makes a diamond looking hole.
Have I used the lattice rolling pin? Do I need it?
I don’t currently own one, I did but it was dropped in the bakery and it was damaged. I have used it when making danishes.
Do I use it every day?
When we were making danishes it was used every day. Since danish products declined in our area we haven’t been making danishes so we haven’t used it for quite some time.
